Terms of Use and Sale — My Wealth Book

Version 1.1 — effective October 9, 2026

Language. This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English and French versions, the French version prevails.

1. Publisher

GOSKEN S.A.S., a simplified joint-stock company (sociedad por acciones simplificada) incorporated under Colombian law NIT 901584640 Registered with the Medellín Chamber of Commerce Registered office: Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia Contact: the website's contact form Data protection officer: dpo@gosken.com

The service is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States. The database is hosted by Neon Inc., United States.

2. Purpose

My Wealth Book (the "Service") is online wealth record-keeping software. It lets the user describe accounts, assets, loans and investments, track their value over time, and record expenses and income.

The Service is a record-keeping tool. It holds no funds, makes no payment, has no access to any bank account and connects to no institution: values are entered by the user, or extracted from a statement the user chooses to import.

It is neither an accounting ledger, nor a tax return, nor a document enforceable against any authority.

3. Books and sharing

An account may keep several books, and open access to one of them to another person by invitation sent to their email address.

A user who enters another person's data into a book must have made sure that this person consents to it, and remains responsible for what they write about them.

Viewing and exporting a shared book are free and require no subscription: the invited person may read and export what has been opened to them without paying. What is paid for is writing, and the number of books a user may write in depends on their plan.

The holder of a book may revoke an access at any time. The invited person may leave a book on their own initiative.

4. Account

Access requires the creation of an account, opened by taking out a subscription or by personal invitation.

The user warrants the accuracy of the information provided and undertakes to keep their credentials confidential. Any operation carried out from their account is deemed to have been carried out by them.

The user must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.

An account is personal. Sharing, reselling or transferring an account is prohibited. At most two sessions may be open at the same time; beyond that, the oldest is closed.

5. Use of the Service

The Service is provided for personal and reasonable use. The following are in particular prohibited: automated access not provided for by the publisher, mass data extraction, repeated requests intended to saturate the servers, attempts to circumvent access controls, and any use that hinders the operation of the Service for other users.

The publisher may suspend or close an account, without notice and without refund of amounts corresponding to services already rendered, in the event of breach of these terms, abusive use, fraud or non-payment.

6. Accuracy of data and absence of advice

The values appearing in a book are those the user has entered or had imported. The publisher does not verify them and does not warrant their accuracy.

Currency conversions rely on rates published by third parties, at the date retained. A converted amount is the result of a calculation, and not a transaction price: the amount actually obtained when exchanging money may differ.

The returns, projections and indicators computed by the Service are illustrations, not forecasts. The Service provides no investment advice, no tax advice and no legal advice, and takes no account of any user's particular situation.

7. Subscription, price and payment

The Service is offered on a monthly or annual plan, at the rates displayed on the website at the time of subscription.

A free thirty-day trial is offered on account creation. It starts at first sign-in, not at registration, and requires no means of payment. At its end, writing closes; viewing and exporting books remain open.

Access granted free of charge — by invitation, as a commercial gesture, or as a complement offered alongside a subscription — is not a subscription. It is not billed, does not renew, gives rise to no refund, and the publisher may close such access to the Service at any time. The right of withdrawal under section 8 has no object in respect of it, since nothing has been paid. Such access to the Service is distinct from access to a shared book, which its holder revokes under the conditions of section 3.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as merchant of record: it collects in its own name, collects and remits applicable taxes, and issues invoices. Its terms apply to the transaction, in addition to these.

The subscription renews automatically for an identical term, unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.

8. Cancellation and refund

The user may cancel at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro rata refund.

Right of withdrawal. A consumer user has fourteen days from subscription to withdraw and obtain a full refund, whatever their country of residence. This period applies even where local law provides a shorter one, such as the five business days of the Colombian consumer statute, or provides none for a digital service.

Withdrawal is exercised through the contact form. The refund is issued by Paddle.com Market Limited, which collected the transaction.

The end of a subscription deletes no data. The user keeps viewing and export access to their books, and may delete them from their account.

A person invited to a book who took out a subscription keeps writing for thirty days after it ends, then returns to the viewing and export provided for in section 3.

The period after which an account left with no open access and no sign-in is deleted is set out in section 8 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.

The publisher may terminate an account in the event of breach of these terms, after a formal notice left without effect for fifteen days, or immediately in the event of fraudulent use.

9. Availability

The publisher implements reasonable means to ensure the availability of the Service, without warranty of continuity. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or because of third-party providers.

Some functions depend on external sources: exchange rates, digital currency prices, consumer price indices. Their unavailability does not engage the publisher's liability. The list of these sources appears in the legal notice.

10. Liability

The Service is provided as is. The publisher does not warrant that it is free of errors.

The user remains solely responsible for their wealth, tax and financial decisions, and for the returns they file with any authority.

The prices, rates and indices displayed come from third parties. The publisher does not produce them and cannot be held liable for an error, a delay or an interruption in their publication, nor for the consequences of an inaccurate value entered by the user themselves.

The publisher's liability, on all grounds combined, is limited to the amount paid by the user over the twelve months preceding the triggering event.

These limitations do not apply in the event of intentional deceit, gross negligence, or to the extent applicable law prohibits them.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, its code and its interface are the property of the publisher.

Data entered or imported by the user remains their property. They may export it at any time from their account.

The user undertakes not to reproduce, decompile or redistribute the Service.

12. Personal data

The processing of data is described in the Personal Data Processing Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

13. Amendment

The publisher may amend these terms. Users are informed at least thirty days before a new version takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Failing that, the user may cancel free of charge.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Colombian law.

Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia.

Mandatory provisions protecting the consumer in their country of habitual residence remain applicable where they are more favourable to them.
